I want to register as a new player, what do I need to do ?
If you are a new player to the RCworld Universe host, you need to play one turn in a test game run.
The purpose of this procedure is not to test your skills or your patience doing so, it should only confirm that your mailer is compatible to the RCworld Universe mail system.
Unfortunately a lot of different email clients are in use. Not all of them are following the norms of MIME or UUENCODE encodings for file attachements. Since sending of turnfile is a major business between your player account and the hosting system, we need to make sure that this is actually working well. Better a separate test game run then to encounter any questions or problems later on not being able to submit your turnfiles properly.
Therefore you need to select the Join Test Game link and fill out all parameters of the form and submit the entries selecting the send button. If everything was filled out and sent correctly, the system will confirm your request and put you into a free slot of the test game. The hostrun for the testgame is every thuesday, thursday and sunday. So if you join on friday to the testgame and you send your turnfile in on friday night, you still need to wait for sunday in order to get access to RCworld Universe.
After the test game hostrun took place and your turnfile was in, you will receive a message informing you about the successfull testgame run and you receive within this message your WEB PASSWORD, which you do require for all further actions related to joining of active games or changing your player parameters.

Is there a game limit on maximum games I am entitled to join ?
Every player account at RCworld Universe is by default limited to join two real games at the maximum.
The purpose of this limit are several expiriences of the past years hosting VGA Planets games. In the early stage of a game you do not require to much time in order to finish a turn. Mostly lots of games are offered at RCworld Universe and other VGA Planets host, so that the temptation is quite strong to join several games at once. Reaching a more advanced stage of a game, the player requires more and more time to finish a turn and simply will not be able to play other games as well. It ends up in not being able to submit turnfiles for all your games on time. This will dramatically reduce the fun level in the games you do not submit your turns for. Is it not the case that you also would like to play in a game with eleven players and you do not want to see them dropping out at any stage ? The same applies for other players playing in games you do participate...
But of course we are aware of, that some players are spending more time then others for VGA Planets and they are able to play 3 or more games at the same time. In order to bring some kind of regulation into this subject we are using a simple rule:
your game limit will be increased if you win a game you played in. So as default you start with a game limit of two games, but if you win one game, you can join three games at the same time at RCworld Universe.
If you realize some players being active in more then two games, you should check what their current ranking level is, so maybe their game limit is raised because the won games already.

I did not receive my RST file ! How can I request a resend ?
One major advantage of the RCworld Universe hosting system is the modern and completly automatic control for its players. No need to learn special robot commands nor composing difficult emails to the robo email address. The hosting system is permanently connected to the internet and performs any action/request instantly. After you hit the RST button your RST file will be send to your registered email account(s). It may take just a few seconds up to a few minutes only, depending on the current system workload or the speed of the internet in general.
